About WIL

Wil’s two decades of experience in the technology industry includes leading and coaching over $250m of business development for NZ and global organisations to creating computer gaming companies and building technology innovation hubs. Following the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes Wil created the Enterprise Precinct and Innovation Campus (EPIC) with Co-Founder Colin Andersen. EPIC was the first commercial building to be constructed in Christchurch after the earthquakes and today tenants roughly 300 tech workers engaged across more than a dozen Kiwi technology companies. 

In 2014 Wil was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship and he is now New Zealand's global council representative for that organisation. This 60+ year old global institution connects leaders around the world to collaborate on 3 core values; Peace, Prosperity and Justice. When not at EPIC or working with the Eisenhower Fellowship Wil coaches companies of their sales and growth strategies.
